We work meticulously with our customers from the pattern making, tooling process and manufacturing to installation. From an idea/ technical drawing we will use traditional methods to construct the plug/ pattern according to our customers specific requirements. Once the pattern has been prepared with a spray application high build paint, it can move to the composite moulding process. Using our vast knowledge and experience of (FRP) Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic, we can produce from a simple one piece mould to complicated shaped multiple moulds. Once the mould is approved it will then move to full scale production.
